In the wake of critical government funding cuts to the “Meals on Wheels” program, Debbie Van Dyke speaks with Sonoma County’s “Council on Aging” about the growing waitlist for food for vulnerable seniors aged 60 and older. President and CEO Marrianne McBride and Director of Senior Nutrition and Health Services Denise Johnson discuss why “Meals on Wheels” is more than just a meal and why additional funding is needed.
