Proposition 34 would require qualifying private or public healthcare entities to spend 98% of their net revenue from the discount prescription drug program on direct patient care and permanently authorize the Medi-cal RX program.
A "yes" vote on Proposition 5 would lower the voting threshold for local borrowing to fund low-income housing and public infrastructure from two-thirds to 55%.
Proposition 4 on California’s Nov. 5 general election ballot authorizes the sale of a $10 billion state bond for the purpose of funding programs aimed at conserving natural resources and responding to climate change.

A yes vote on Measure I would generate this money through the 0.25% sales tax and would aid these facilities for early education services, child care, and child's health care. A no vote will prohibit the county from implementing the increase in sales tax.
A vote yes on Measure FF would increase Santa Rosa’s transient occupancy tax from 9% to 11% to address the general fund’s budget deficit.
If passed, Proposition 35 would continue the dedicated revenue of tax dollars to fund and maintain the health care systems in California, potentially bolstering medical coverage and supporting continued health care at a reduced price.
A yes vote on Proposition 32 supports raising the minimum wage to $18 in 2025 for large businesses and 2026 for small businesses tying future change of wages to inflation.
Proposition 36 on California’s General Election ballot Nov. 5 would cause crimes of certain drug possession and thefts under $950, which are currently classified as misdemeanors, to be charged as felonies.
A “Yes” vote on Proposition 6 would amend the California Constitution to prohibit involuntary servitude in the prison system, instead allowing the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to award inmates who voluntarily work with reduced sentences.
